Senior Procurement Officer
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh, Job Type: Fixed Term (until 31 December 2018)

Salary & Benefits: BDT. 10,56,451 (13 months) per annum gross with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory Provident fund, gratuity, leave & Insurance etc.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a dynamic team player who will be responsible for managing & delivering the specific and given procurement functions smoothly and enabling environment for running the operations of Rohingya Refugees Crisis. Management.
S/he will also assist procurement team in managing day to day procurement work and shipment clearance including GOB approval for Oxfam emergency operations in Cox’s Bazar.
The post holder will report to Admin & Logistics Manager
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
Experience in procurement and well understanding of Bangladesh Govt Public Procurement regulations
Minimum 05 (five) years INGOs working experience in logistics function and have adequate knowledge in logistics system.
Minimum graduate from Business Discipline, MBA or equivalent will be preferred.
Good working knowledge in English is essential, fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in document handling and archiving
Previous work experience with Humanitarian organization
Ability to work independently and within team
Eager to listen to people and respect to others
Excellent computer skills and ability/preparedness to quickly learn new systems and software.
Ability to plan with good organizational skills, including prioritisation and ability to work under pressure.
Good understanding on Cox’s bazar context.
Strong understanding on Gender and Diversity
