B.Sc/ Diploma degree in CSE/ MIS/ Statistics or any other relevant subject from any reputed university/ institute
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
This position will be responsible for ensuring MIS record keeping at the software and various report preparation
Ensure smoothly running the production software in the Centre
Prepare job ticket and entry the production planning timely in the software
Monitor section wise production in the production software
Assist to ensure inventory control through production software
Prepare production, wages, artisans and others report as per requirements
Assist to ensure purchase and billing by the system
Provide training & support to the staff regarding software operation
Assist to ensure data input at the system as per requirements
Keep communication and coordination with MIS team of AAF-HO
Keep communication and coordination with HCMP-MIS/M&E team and prepare reporting as per the requirements of HCMP
Maintain any other job as assigned by the management
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
