Sr. Manager Branch Operation (BRAC Dairy and Food Project)
Job Responsibilities:
To ensure all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
To assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation as well as achieving sales & collection of all sales center
Coordinate to manage staff, Van-puller, logistic support, foster a positive work environment for ensuring proper branch operation and customer satisfaction
Ensure branch monitoring for checking all accounts & stocks and locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Supervise all activities of Asst. Manager (Branch Operation), Branch Sales Manager & Distribution Incharge and Control receivable of Sales Centers
Take initiative to develop staff by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Coordinate with sales Team, Finance & Distribution
Educational Requirements:
The candidate should have Post Graduate or related degree with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 05 years
Additional Job Requirements:
He/ She must have sound working knowledge of Budgeting, Sales & Distribution, Business Operations & Development, Strategic Planning & Decision Making and thinking out of box.
Must have Good Communication, Report writing, Presentation and computer skills
Must have Problem solving ability, Analytical ability, Strong interpersonal, People management, Persuasion and negotiation skills
He/ She should be able to design Monitoring tools and Techniques
Age: Maximum 42 years
